Connecting and developing leaders and managers worldwide in the field of English language teaching
The Leadership and Management Special Interest Group (LAMSIG) aims to support leaders and managers in the field of English language education. As part of the International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language (IATEFL), our reach is global, and we welcome you, wherever you are in the world. We work with and for our members to:
contribute to the development of good leadership and management practices within ELT (English language teaching),
provide a forum for the discussion of management issues that affect our profession
provide opportunities for, and information about, relevant management training
help improve quality standards in ELT
raise awareness of management issues in ELT

Membership benefits
